Terms for using AIHeroEX Social

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AIHeroEX Social, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to use the service in your country. Users under 18 may only use the platform where lawful and with any consent required from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate information, maintain one authentic identity, protect your credentials and notify us if your account is compromised.

3. Professional profiles and content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant AIHeroEX a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, format and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you publish and for keeping professional claims accurate.

4. Opportunities and organizations

Employers, recruiters and organizations must publish genuine opportunities with truthful requirements, location, work model, compensation information where legally required, and any sponsorship or relocation conditions. They may not impersonate another organization, collect irrelevant sensitive data, discriminate unlawfully or charge candidates for a guaranteed outcome.

5. Applications, sponsorship and outcomes

AIHeroEX Social helps people discover and discuss opportunities but does not guarantee interviews, selection, employment, compensation, visas, relocation or sponsorship. Employers make hiring decisions. Immigration and work authorization decisions are made by the relevant authorities. Users must independently review requirements and the legitimacy of each opportunity.

6. Automated and AI-assisted features

We may use automated systems to organize content, recommend opportunities, detect abuse, summarize information or assist platform operations. Results may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed. Unless expressly disclosed, these features do not make final hiring or immigration decisions.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, recruitment scams, pyramid schemes or fake job offers.
• Harassment, hate, threats, exploitation, trafficking or unlawful discrimination.
• Spam, scraping, unauthorized automation or attempts to bypass security controls.
• Malware, phishing, credential theft or requests for unnecessary financial or identity data.
• Copyright infringement, impersonation or publication of private information without authority.
• Misrepresenting remote status, compensation, visa sponsorship, employer identity or application deadlines.

8. Third-party services

Opportunity links, applicant-tracking systems, payment providers and other external services are controlled by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. AIHeroEX is not responsible for third-party availability, content or decisions, though we may remove links that appear unsafe.

9. Moderation and enforcement

We may limit distribution, remove content, suspend features or close accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or enforce these Terms. We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful investigations. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal.

10. Service availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to maintain reliable and secure access but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that every listing, profile, recommendation or message is accurate. To the extent permitted by law, AIHeroEX disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the platform or third-party interactions.

11. Changes and termination

We may update features and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable method. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion subject to legal retention obligations.
